Beth Dunn is a writer, designer, and product experience leader who grew with HubSpot for 13 great years. As founding leader of the HubSpot global content design team, she helped establish and evolve the lovable HubSpot brand voice. Now Head of Experience at Agent.ai, she helps people build and use agents that help them do more creative work. Her first book, “Cultivating Content Design,” argued that the most powerful, enduring tech products are the ones with the most human voice. Her second book will either be a cozy mystery or historical romance, depending on which draft she finishes first.
